I contacted the brand's customer support and they gave me useless suggestions, like changing the sticks or rearranging them, but nothing worked. I wasted my money. I have removed this brand from my shopping list.

The brand representative explained that the formula and ingredients have changed. The brand believes that it is not necessary to mention or inform customers about such changes. I am disappointed!
