I am very satisfied with the mat. I bought it here a month ago and have been using it regularly. I didn't get the roller because my main focus was on my back, but you can put the mat on the side of a high, firm pillow if you want to relieve tension from your neck. One time, I fell asleep on the spikes and woke up in the morning, everything was fine.
