I rate them based on their price (I bought them for 30 UAH, I don't recommend buying more expensive ones). Of course, there are better napkins available, but they come with a higher price accordingly.

The napkins are decent and offer good value for the price. The only downside is that they come out in multiples. As for the discount policy, it's quite confusing. They first raise the price and then claim a 50% discount (which means that even with the discount, the price ends up being more expensive than in a regular store for these napkins).
