Automatic Brow Pencil - Pudra Cosmetics Eyebrows Pencil
It is convenient to have a comb on the other side. The texture is good, and it stays in place all day. The good thing is that it curls itself and doesn't need constant sharpening. However, the downside is that it can't be made sharper like you could with a sharpener to draw individual hairs where there are not enough, because the pencil tip becomes rounded after several uses.
Shade 03 is a warm dark brown, almost black, and it perfectly matches the picture on the website.
The pencil itself is very soft and has good pigmentation, making it ideal for filling in gaps and shaping eyebrows. It replaced a similar mechanical pencil from Lamel that is no longer available. However, the softness of this pencil also has a downside - it is difficult to create a precise line for the eyebrows. So, I use a different pencil or a brush and pomade to draw the outline, and then fill in the space with this pencil.
The longevity is average, although it seems that Lamel had better staying power. However, it lasts me throughout the day (I don't use a base and usually don't set it with gel on top).
I purchased the lightest shade, shade 01, but it turned out to be quite dark with a reddish undertone. It applies smoothly and has a slightly powdery texture. However, by the end of the day, it tends to smudge and the coverage looks uneven on my normal/oily skin. Clearly, the pencil lacks durability. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment.

I really love this pencil. It's not the first time I've ordered it, and most of the time I order it here. But my last order was disappointing. I don't know if it's a problem with the manufacturer or the website, but the pencil is very short. It didn't use to be like this before. When fully twisted, it's hollow inside.

I do not recommend it as it tends to produce clumpy lines and lacks the ability to draw clear lines.

There is a possibility that it's just me, maybe I don't have the right technique, even though I've been using pencils my whole life and have tried many of them. But! The lead is very soft. I extended it slightly more than necessary, started coloring, and it broke. When using the pencil at an angle, it quickly becomes rounded due to its softness, resulting in thick strokes. If you apply uneven pressure with the pencil, dark spots appear immediately because the lead is not firm enough. I even tried putting it in the refrigerator, but it didn't help. From this, it can be concluded that it is not as easy to use as the manufacturer claims. The longevity is average. It might not smudge in the rain, but if you accidentally touch it with your hand, you can ruin the drawing. The brush is convenient. I have the color dark brown, and it doesn't have any red undertones. I had high hopes for this product, thinking I would get an excellent product at a low price based on previous reviews, but it didn't work out. I can say that if you don't like soft pencils, prefer thin lines, and aren't worried about the outcome, if you don't have much experience using pencils and haven't used this type before, then this pencil is not suitable for you. If you have wide, thick eyebrows and just need to shade them, then maybe this is the right choice for you. It works well for drawing "bold" eyebrows.
I bought the excellent pencil in shade 03. As a brunette, it's perfect for me! It applies smoothly and has a powdery texture that lasts all day. The result is a natural look without making my eyebrows look like sausages! I highly recommend it.
