After the birth of my son, I didn't lighten my medium-brown (closer to light) hair for two years, and I was looking for something interesting and non-aggressive. Upon the recommendation of a friend, I tried Farmavita Life Lightening with a 9% developer. Unfortunately, even after the second and third attempts with a 12% developer, the color did not lighten more than 2-3 shades. I kept it on for 45 minutes. The result was a playful creation of very warm golden highlights that cannot be covered by a cool toning balm or purple shampoo. I solved the problem by adding very light strands with special Wella blondes. I will not repurchase the "miracle oil," as I expected much more. Disappointed.

I bought this product in the store, and it comes in a large size that is enough for waist-length hair. The formula is designed to lighten natural hair (my dark brown roots were lightened to a beautiful golden shade). The rest of my hair was dyed dark brown, and after using this product, it became one shade lighter. However, my hair also became softer and shinier, as if the formula had cleansed the accumulated dye from my hair.
