I wasn't very pleased with this brush, as it is too soft. When drawing a winged eyeliner, it tends to split and create uneven lines. I bought this brand's brush for eyebrows, specifically the number 104, and it works perfectly for eyeliner. I would recommend getting it instead.
If you need to draw super thin eyeliner or create a perfectly fine tip, this brush may not be suitable. However, I found a way to make it work. I applied clear brow gel to the brush, creating a perfectly thin tip. After it dried, I slightly brush it out, about 0.5-1mm, just the tip, so it doesn't scratch my eyelid. It draws perfectly well. Don't expect something beyond perfection for the price, but it's a pretty good brush. In the photo, I used the brush to apply eyeliner with a pencil since the pencil is automatic and cannot be sharpened.
I either got a defective brush or something, but my brush, due to its thinness, does not stay intact and instead breaks into strands like a hoof. As a result, it creates a double line and it's difficult to create a winged eyeliner. It's disappointing because the brush itself is cute and comfortable to hold, but there is not enough bristles and it doesn't hold its shape, so
