The conditioner is worthless. I have natural roots about 15 cm long and about 20-25 cm of lightened hair. There is absolutely no effect. I bought the whole series, and the shampoo is somewhat okay. The conditioner and mask, however, are a waste of money. After using the conditioner, my hair feels sticky and unwashed. It's better to not use it at all than to use it. It has the strongest smell out of the entire series, and it's the most unpleasant.
The balm is actually quite good, but the scent reminds me of a popular perfume and it is very strong, like really strong. You can even smell it on your hair after washing and drying it.

The balm is quite ordinary and didn't impress me. The effects are exactly what you would expect for the price.
