I am very disappointed with the performance of this conditioner on my hair. There is no effect as claimed on the label after using it. To say that the quality is terribly bad is an understatement. In short, I do not recommend buying this product!
However, I would like to mention the delivery service of Make Up. They deliver the product in proper condition, it is excellently packaged, and the couriers ensure timely delivery, which is very pleasing!
I really liked this balm. My hair is easily manageable now, unlike before when the ends would get tangled after numerous dyeing sessions. I also appreciated that it has a small consumption rate.
I have mixed feelings about this product. My hairdresser used to give me two packs of the Gloris hair dye mask. I really liked the product, but it wasn't available for sale. Now that I see it's available, I decided to try the balm (there is another mask), expecting the same great effect. And... I am completely disappointed. When applying the balm, my hair doesn't change much in texture (you can feel the product, but the hair doesn't become smoother or softer). After washing my hair, it looks the same as it does after using a regular shampoo... no softness, no silkiness - nothing. Even though my hair is naturally quite silky and straight, with only slightly dry ends. I've tried using the balm in different ways, but I feel like I need to find another one; this product is not worth the money. However, it does have one positive aspect - it washes out well. That's all, there are no more positive qualities in this product worthy of praise.

My hair looks great after using this conditioner, but it has become very thin. It wasn't like this before.
This is the only balm that prevents hair from splitting. I've tried everything, probably. The price is ridiculous, but the effect is truly amazing.
I am disappointed with the quality of this balm. It excessively dries out my hair and does not fulfill the functions claimed by the manufacturer.
This balm, just like the shampoo, is absolutely useless! It's not worth it, even for such a low price. Choose something of higher quality.

This product is not suitable for curly hair. It has very weak effectiveness. The effect of using the conditioner is not noticeable.

The balm is excellent, washes out well, leaves hair soft and silky. The scent is subtle and not overpowering.
