The cream is a 4 out of 10 for me. The smell is not very pleasant, but it applies smoothly. However, if you have oily skin, it tends to make it shiny.
I bought it here, but my cosmetologist has it. I have combination skin. This cream does not mattify at all, it actually adds more shine and a layer of oil to my face. After using it for 2 months, I realized that it was causing my pores to enlarge and clog because sebum production increased and my skin became bumpy. I am currently saving my skin with an exfoliant from an Israeli brand called "Kristina" and have returned to their cream for combination skin. Be cautious.

This is a good matte effect cream. It stays matte for the first 2 hours, but then it starts to get shiny.
