Olive Leaves Bio Shower Gel - Le Petit Marseillais
Horrible consistency - it's just like water. No matter how much you pour on yourself, it will always be insufficient. This applies to all gels from this brand, so I do not recommend them.
The texture is very thin and the gel does not spread well on the body, which is not very economical. I only needed 250 ml for 5 uses. The scent may also seem too strong and specific to someone. I do not recommend anyone to buy it, not only because of the aforementioned reasons, but also because the company "Le Petite Marseillais" is not available in the Russian market.
Today I received my order. The shower gel arrived diluted with water, and it is very, very watery.
Overall, this gel is good, although the scent is quite strong, unlike the usual light olive scent. It is more similar to a mix of various fragrances, but it is still satisfactory. This is my first time trying a gel from this series.
I have been using the sea salt gel for a long time, and it has become my favorite. For some reason, it has been difficult to find for the past few months. So, in its absence, I decided to try something else from this brand, also neutral.
I would describe the scent as that of dry fallen leaves. It is a bit sharp and bitter, without any chemical notes. I liked it, but I prefer bitter, non-sweet aromas.
The gel is more liquid, but I know that the entire Bio series is like that. It lathers well, but I can't comment on its drying effect as I haven't been using it for long.
The gel is very liquid, it runs out quickly and has a terrible smell. It leaves the skin feeling rough like sandpaper. It might only be suitable for men with extremely oily skin.
Terrible gel... First of all, it has an unpleasant smell that lingers on the skin for an hour or two. As they say, colors and tastes differ, so maybe someone will like it. Secondly, the consistency is not good. The gel is very thin, doesn't lather well, and a lot of gel is used in one application. Thirdly, it leaves the skin dry. I do not recommend it.
In my opinion, the smell is awful: it's a combination of wood (which should be quite pleasant) and herring brine. After using it on the skin, only the wood scent remains after some time, without the fishy smell))) I mixed it with another gel that has a pleasant fragrance so as not to waste it.
The gel is very liquid, but there is plenty of foam. I didn't like the smell. It's a matter of personal preference.
Wonderful shower gel! Those who are used to using natural and organic cosmetics will appreciate it properly. It is very gentle, does not dry out the skin, and has a pleasant, natural, and light scent. Of course, you will need more of it, as it does not lather as well as its synthetic counterparts.
