Well, they are just as delicate... I use them to clean the teeth around the braces, so not even the interdental spaces are being cleaned and they don't have a strong effect. I try to use them gently, but they bend terribly. They really only last for one use. I will try a larger size next time, although this size is just right for me. Maybe they will be a bit stronger. The blue floss picks from the same manufacturer are really great and sturdy, but you also need micro brushes for harder-to-reach places.
