Overall, it's complete nonsense. It doesn't moisturize or nourish at all. As mentioned below, it even makes your hair squeaky clean. I have bleached hair and it feels like straw after using this shampoo. Once again, I am convinced that cheap products won't do any good. Any Garnier shampoo makes hair softer than this one. The conditioner from the same series is just as bad. Naturally, I won't buy it again.
