The product does not provide any visible illumination. Also, the mascara is not very good. It fails to hold well. You have to apply it heavily and wait a long time for it to dry. The price is clearly too high. This product is not worth the money. I do not recommend it.
I bought it before Halloween, and everything lights up. I really liked it.
Like the previous commentator, I do not recommend this product. I gave it two stars only because it slightly lifts and thickens the lashes, like a regular mascara. But it is not worth the money. It is too expensive! There is no neon in it! It is so light that it is completely imperceptible, even with 5 coats. When directly exposed to a neon lamp, this mascara does not work. 260 UAH wasted.
Waste of money. I do not recommend it.
