The headband feels very tight, especially for those with an average-sized head. It may not be sufficient. Therefore, it is recommended to sew in your own headband to be able to endure wearing the mask for about 15-20 minutes.

After about 5-10 minutes, I thought of using a hairdryer to warm up my hair a bit, but when I took off the cap, my hair was already steaming! It's incredible how tightly it fits! After around 20-30 minutes, my head started to hurt a little, so I took it off. The elastic band was quite tight, leaving marks for a long time. So, be careful when planning your procedures with this cap, but I highly recommend using it! I've tried some turbans and towels before with heating, but none of them gave me such an effect.

The hat is of good quality. The foil is dense. It has a large size, which is perfect for long and thick hair.

The band broke after some time, so I had to insert another one, but at least it doesn't press as much.
