There is a slight, temporary sensation of warmth and a pinkish glow - completely natural, thanks to the inclusion of niacinamide in the formula. I have oily, problematic, and tired skin. For sensitive skin, as well as skin with rosacea, this is a great option. It effectively soothes without drying out (which is important for my very dry skin), leaving my face feeling soft and smooth. I've only been using it for a week along with other centella products, so I haven't seen any noticeable effects yet. However, I have noticed that my skin is getting brighter and the visibility of my blood vessels has reduced.
