I am giving it 3 stars only because it is economical. All you need is to rub a drop between your hands and it becomes a fluffy foam. However, I can't say anything good about its impact on the skin, there is none. It's just foam. It doesn't minimize pores. It slightly dries out the skin. As for the makeup, it is always top-notch.
