This is one of those cases when I didn't really enjoy it at first, but then I did...)))
So, I bought it and tried it once: my hair felt like straw and it was even dirty. I put it aside and forgot about it. Recently, I found it again and gave it a second try - same effect, but then on the third try (or second in the second attempt) it made my hair smooth, silky, and shiny.
Just like in the commercials :)
What I mean is, the first time is not indicative. You should try it at least twice to understand.

The packaging is the most convenient out of all that I have seen, there is no need to open anything every time. The balm itself is actually very nice, it leaves the hair smooth and shiny (although, of course, there is nothing SUPER SPECIAL about it, it is just a good product for its price). The only downside for me is the strong chemical-sweet-floral scent. And this is coming from someone who can't recall a single other instance when a product's scent bothered me in any way. But I'm sure many people will like it, I even read in some comments that other girls praise the fragrance.
