If your hair is naturally porous and coarse, this shampoo will dry it out. Even after using a hair treatment, I don't see any smoothing effects, etc. You need a lot of conditioner, especially if you like to wash your hair twice. Even with this routine, I can't say that my scalp feels refreshed or breathable, although there is a refreshing sensation during washing due to the menthol in the ingredients. However, another shampoo, Sebomax Control, quickly eliminated dandruff, and now I'm just maintaining the result with this shampoo while waiting for my favorite moisturizing shampoo from abroad. Maybe it will be fine in combination with it, using this shampoo for the first wash and the moisturizing one for the second.

I am very impressed with this shampoo. It lathers up just like a sulfate one, and a small amount of shampoo creates a good amount of foam that is enough for thorough cleansing. After washing, my scalp feels sufficiently clean and my hair becomes soft, unlike with a sulfate shampoo. I have a normal scalp type, and I wash my hair every other day, sometimes every two days. I think this shampoo is perfect for daily use, but occasionally a sulfate one is necessary, especially if there are silicones in my hair care routine.
