I have been using it for several years and I like that it's truly waterproof, easy to remove, and doesn't leave any marks.
Eyeliner is great! I used to use the Belarusian brand "Deer Eyes," but I had to switch. This eyeliner stays on well, doesn't smudge, is truly waterproof, and dries quickly, which might not be suitable for everyone. The brush is quite convenient, though it takes a bit of getting used to.
Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. You can't draw a thin line with it, and it's really hard to wash off.
It holds well but it is difficult to remove.
Decent eyeliner, the only reason I deduct a star is because the brush tip is slightly dull and seemed split, but I trimmed it with manicure scissors and now it applies evenly. It's fairly long-lasting, after 12 hours it smudged a bit, but not too severely.

PROS: It stays on all day; the price is great; it is moderately waterproof; the brush is convenient once you get used to it; you can create thick and super thin lines; it held up even when my eyes watered, it didn't smudge; it dries reasonably fast, around 5 seconds, and doesn't dry out on the brush while applying it; it doesn't crumble or leave marks on the eyelid.
CONS: It tightens the eyelid for a minute while drying; you need to get used to the brush a couple of times; it comes off in chunks when washing your face; the thin tips of the eyeliner can fade during the day.
