Great eyeliner. Perfect for oily skin, it doesn't smudge. I've been buying it for a long time now. Completely satisfied with the price and quality. ❤️❤️❤️
For the price, it's not bad at all. The only issue is that I can't draw very thin lines. Although I mostly prefer a medium thickness, sometimes in the inner corner of my eye, I would like a thinner brush. It may smudge throughout the day, but usually only if my eyes are watering or if I accidentally touch it. It doesn't have a shiny (brightly pronounced) effect, which is a plus for me. I bought it for everyday use. I would rate it a solid 4. It works best when combined with Inglot and Duraline.
The product arrived dry and does not provide any color when applied.
I'm disappointed with this product as it tends to smudge and run under my lower eyelid within a couple of hours. It used to stay put for a longer time before.
The eyeliner is incredible! It is easy to apply and stays on all day. It is difficult to remove with water, but comes off nicely with micellar water. The color is rich and there are no allergic reactions. The result exceeded my expectations and its price. Ladies, go for it, you won't regret it!

Eyeliner - one of the best! It stays on all day, the applicator is convenient, and the lines come out sharp. I always choose only this eyeliner!
I didn't like the eyeliner. It's supposed to be waterproof, but it's not even close. It smudges, especially in the summer when it's hot. Additionally, it's very glossy, almost too much, which makes it look cheap for its price, to be honest. One star for the convenient brush :)

Eveline 2000 procent is indeed matte, but it is not a 5 in terms of thickness. It is slightly transparent, so you need to apply several layers.
For me, this eyeliner is a 4 out of 5. It also smudges a little and is not very long-lasting.
The eyeliner is worth its price, it doesn't smudge, and I didn't expect anything more. As for the downsides, the brush is not convenient, and when removing it, the "panda" effect is guaranteed (you have to use an oil-based makeup remover, just like for long-lasting eyeliner and mascara).
