I purchased the ash blonde hair dye in hopes of covering the yellowish tone. The roots remained almost unchanged, while the ends turned more ashy, even verging on gray. Perhaps this dye works better on natural hair or when used to match an existing color. I have no complaints, as I made my decision based on the reviews.
I purchased a toning cream in shade 10/11 and applied it evenly on fully lightened hair. Unfortunately, it didn't really work. There was minimal toning, but I didn't achieve the desired result. I do not recommend it, unfortunately.
In my opinion, this is the best hair dye. Even the ammonia-based ones from this brand are great.
The price, quality, and shades are all impressive. I didn't think I would find a dye that could tone down my faded and lightened hair to match my natural ash tone. But the shades 10/20 and 10/80 helped me achieve that.
I can play around with different shades if I feel like it. The dye is long-lasting and fades gently over time (even with regular swimming in a chlorinated pool).
This top-notch hair dye surpasses most other dyes in its price range. It leaves hair smooth and manageable, and its price is completely justified. I will definitely purchase it again.
This product saved me. A failed dye job with another color gave me a yellow shade, like a baby chick. Immediately after, I used 10/20 and I am very satisfied with the result. It neutralized the yellow and I achieved a beautiful pearl blonde.
5/7 was just a disaster for me. Since when does chocolate have a reddish hue?! Now I have to walk around with rust on my hair for 2 weeks. It's a 3% oxidizer. I prefer cool brown shades. Overall, a 5/7 in other dyes and a 5/7 in this one are completely different colors! The quality of the hair after coloring is fine.
The shade 7.43 did not tone my slightly reddish tinted, lightened hair at all. I followed the instructions and used a 1.9 oxidizer. I had never used such products before, but since my hair was damaged from bleaching, I decided to try something gentle. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money and time. My medium brown roots remained completely free from any hint of red.
I am satisfied with the bright color and lively appearance of my hair after using 1.5 tubes of developer per tube of dye.
I ordered this product based on the reviews and was torn between Senko and Matrix. However, for some reason, I chose the former and it turned out to be a great decision. Firstly, there is no strong smell of fragrances, making it comfortable to apply. The dye spread evenly on my sunburnt dark brown hair with copper remnants from a previous unsuccessful ammonia-free dye. I chose the color 5/0 and it completely covered the redness. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.
Money wasted... No effect at all. I chose shade 10/70 and mixed it 1:1 with the developer of the same brand. I am already a blonde, but with natural light brown hair... Well, this dye or toner didn't leave any trace at all... None whatsoever. It's as if I just randomly put some nonsense on my head and washed it off. Disappointing!
I chose shade 7.2 - my heavily bleached and lifeless hair ends were evenly colored and given shine and softness by this cream. Even my hairdresser asked what dye I used. It's a pleasant color without any gray or red tones, and there's no visible transition from roots to ends. It's a shame that this series doesn't have a lighter shade, like 8.2 - that would definitely be my must-have.

I have used this hair dye twice already and my overall impression is good. After using it, my hair feels very well-groomed and smooth, unlike with other dyes. The dark color fades, but not too quickly, it lasts for about a month and a half! My overall impression is very good, I haven't seen a better dye yet. I highly recommend it!
I have been using this hair dye for 9 years. At first, I dyed my hair with ammonia-free dye without pre-lightening, and I was able to lift it from level 8 to level 11 without any yellow tones by 9%. For the past 4 years, I have been lightening my hair without ammonia. It gives excellent results - a natural, cool, and neutral blonde (I mix equal parts of shades 10, 20, and 10.80 at 3%). I have also tried shade 10 and 11, which give a warm tone of slightly pink champagne, without any pearlescent effect. However, this may only be achieved if the hair is pre-lightened. These dyes have given me the same result in one application, which I used to achieve with LOreal Professionnel, Wella Professionals, and Paul Mitchell dyes in multiple steps (including pre-bleaching the roots). I have worked with all the mentioned brands. I acknowledge that each hair type may require a specific dye. This is my experience.
The hair dye is pretty good. It doesn't over bleach the hair. I got the shade 10/70 - on previously lightened hair, it gives a warm blonde shade with a hint of gold. The most important thing is that it doesn't burn the scalp or cause any allergic reactions. One bottle was enough to completely dye my hair, which is a little longer than shoulder length. I will buy it again.
