Unfortunately, it didn't work at all. It probably removes fuzz, but not stiff hairs. I have some stiff hair on my chin, and it didn't remove anything (I held it for 5 minutes as instructed). I have sensitive skin, so holding it for longer wasn't an option, and even after 5 minutes, it was already uncomfortable.
I have been using this product for 4 years, and it effortlessly absorbs hair without causing any allergies. It only takes 3-5 minutes to use. The key is to rinse it well with warm water. Sometimes, I apply Traumeel gel afterwards.
The product does not completely remove hair, only about 8 out of 10. It does last as long as instructed, but it causes irritation on the skin. When I use the scraping tool, it both damages and irritates the skin.
Currently, this is the best product I have tried, but it does not completely remove the black hairs. It is essential to apply a thick layer of Bepanthen ointment immediately after removal.
I really liked this cream, it effectively removes hair and doesn't cause any irritation for me. If there is any redness, it goes away overnight. I am satisfied with it and would recommend it.
The price-quality ratio is simply superb. Finally, you can get rid of those wax streaks. They always cause terrible irritation. It's nice that the scent is barely noticeable and doesn't sting, unlike other creams. The only downside is that it didn't remove stubborn hairs. Next time, I'll try leaving it on longer. I have been using this facial product for probably the second year now, and I don't plan on changing it. It's a great product. It's difficult to get burnt with it, you just keep it on for up to 7 minutes and everything works perfectly. All my acquaintances already use it.

According to the instructions on the website, it states that you should keep it for 3 minutes, but on the packaging, it says 5 minutes.
I kept it for 5 minutes and it worked well, but I had to go over it with tweezers because it didn't remove the coarser hairs. It didn't cause any redness or breakouts.

The best face cream I have ever tried! It does not irritate the skin, no redness at all. It perfectly removed the hairs! I left it on for 5 minutes, and in areas where some hairs remained, I applied it again for 3 minutes and everything disappeared. No burns or redness. Highly recommended!
I applied it on my face for 3 minutes initially, but nothing happened. Then I left it for 7 minutes and some of the hairs were removed. There is a slight redness after the procedure.
The cream is decent, it lasted for about 7 minutes, didn't burn anything, but didn't remove all the hairs in one go, so I had to repeat the procedure.
