I would like to recommend using this product on dry hair. First, dry your hair almost completely with a hairdryer. Then, take a pea-sized amount and rub it between your hands before applying it to the entire length of your hair, avoiding the roots, like an oil. You can then continue styling with the hairdryer. The effect is really good. I tried using it on wet hair, and it was terrible. However, when used on dry hair, it leaves the hair soft, nourished, and easier to style, while also keeping them cleaner for longer.

Overall, I really liked this balm as it effectively fulfills its purpose. However, it is only suitable for damaged, coarse hair. If you have fine, uncolored hair, it will weigh it down and make it appear greasy. I was looking for a replacement for Olaplex 6, but this one is still the best.
