I didn't understand this balm at all, and I didn't like it.

I have naturally straight, uncolored hair. I leave the product on my hair for at least 2 minutes, but my hair still doesn't feel super smooth. However, the ends appear more nourished. I use it in combination with the shampoo, but I notice that my roots become greasier faster than usual.

The balm is just pointless. It doesn't moisturize the hair nor does it make combing easier. I do not recommend it.

Great balm! It has a pleasant creamy texture. It applies and rinses off easily. My hair is obedient and shiny after using it. The shampoo from the same series also suited me well.
