However, your couriers only work from 11 to 15 and cannot deliver the goods after 18. This situation has already happened three times in a row. Can you please answer the question: are your customers really so insignificant to you that you allow such poor service?

I ordered on September 9th and 14th. The nail polish is regular, you need to apply it twice, it's a bit thick, but considering the price, it's quite normal. The shade 09 is a light beige with a pink undertone, but shade 09, on the other hand, I thought it would be a noble bottle green, like in the swatches, but it's some kind of dirty green with a gray undertone. However, it has the right to be like that. I can recommend these nail polishes, they are perfectly usable. The makeup disappointed me again... no gift! It never existed! I really feel it's important for me to receive it, I feel diminished. I am a loyal customer and have placed many orders, but you ignore me.
Great nail polish! I bought shade 04, a beautiful white color. It applies a bit unevenly, but that just takes some practice to apply evenly. I am very satisfied with it.
Shades №16 and №9 are like two completely different nail polishes. The beautiful shade №9 didn't last on my nails for even a day. Three nails chipped immediately. On the other hand, №16 is a perfectly normal polish that holds up well.
I purchased nail polishes 13 and 19. The quality of the polish is excellent. It applies easily and lasts a long time. It truly gives the nails a gel-like appearance. I highly recommend it.
