Good shampoo! The consistency is moderately thick, creamy. It lathers well. The fragrance is very pleasant - like freshly brewed coffee. It cleanses well and didn't cause any irritation or allergic reactions. It cleanses "to the squeak", so using conditioner or a hair mask after shampooing is necessary. It leaves the hair feeling fresh for a long time. It didn't really help with hair loss, but in terms of its intended functions, the shampoo deserves a solid five stars!
