Very sticky. The upper eyelids stick together, and there is an uncomfortable feeling as if a film has been applied under the eyes. I will not buy it anymore. I don't know if it will have any effect, but using it is not pleasant.
I have been using it for half a year now. The product has turned yellow (give normal dates), with no noticeable effect. It leaves a sticky residue.
I bought this eye product abroad a couple of months ago. I watch TV, do my chores, and then wash it off with water before bed. If you use it consistently, you notice the effects - the swelling and fine lines decrease, and your gaze becomes more rested.

Great product. It noticeably smoothes out fine lines under the eyes in 25 mimicked wrinkles with regular use. The only issue is that after prolonged use, the roller collects micro particles of foreign substances from the skin inside the bottle.
I didn't buy it here, but I'll leave a review. It's slightly sticky to the touch, but it absorbs quickly. They say that visible improvements will be noticeable in 2 weeks, and it seems possible if someone uses the mini massager intensively, they can expect a lifting effect. However, I'm lazy and just apply it with my hands. Overall, the sensation is pleasant.
