The serum feels like oil. I enjoyed applying it before bedtime. I do go to bed with a greasy feeling on my face, but it moisturizes the dry areas and in the morning, my skin is no longer oily, but rather soft, and fine lines are smoothed out. It could also work well for a facial massage. However, I doubt it would be suitable for daytime use. In terms of consistency and texture, it feels like oil.
