When it's chilled, it works even better thanks to the coldness. It provides complete relaxation for the skin, as it reduces morning swelling and gives the skin a toned look. It effortlessly applies the primer without streaks. I also tried using it with foundation, and it's cool too. I really liked it, it's unusual, bright, and fun!
