I do not recommend purchasing this product! It simply stopped working on the fourth use, under ideal working conditions. The initial impression was great - it has a nice design, the water tank is convenient to use, it does not dry out the hair and even moisturizes as advertised. However, it does not straighten perfectly (if someone needs it to be perfectly straight), it comes with a case and a long cord. At first glance, everything seems worthy, but it just stopped working almost immediately.
I contacted the customer service, they responded right away, we had a brief discussion and clarification, and then I returned the product. I am currently waiting for a refund.
