It stays on the eyelids :) The hairstyle looks neat and well-groomed, but it's better not to let anyone else touch it, as they might cut their hands. The scent is pleasant. It's an affordable and good product that simply holds the hair in place.
This product provides a truly strong hold, but be prepared for your hair to become stiff if you apply it on wet hair. I recommend using it sparingly on either wet or dry hair, as it works quite well in both cases.
