For the prevention of stomatitis and maintaining hygiene, it is sufficient to clean 1 or 2 times a week. It can be used together with a mouthwash. Chlorhexidine is very drying, so it is not recommended to use it daily without medical indications, not even the mouthwash.

Perhaps after "manipulations" at the dentist, this toothpaste is indeed good, but I would not recommend using it on a regular basis as personally, my enamel became dull almost after 2 days of use, possibly due to the chlorhexidine in the composition. Apacare is much better.
