It's incredibly disappointing, but it didn't work for me. It caused a terrible reaction, my skin was burning and became all red, and later I noticed that my skin started peeling off. I have never had any issues with cosmetics before, not even once, but this time it was different. It's strange and upsetting.
The serum is wonderful. It effectively reduces puffiness and under-eye bags when applied and followed by using the cold applicator from the bottle. It works even better if you apply the cream from the same product line on top after a couple of minutes. I highly recommend it.

This was the first time a cosmetic product didn't work for me. After applying it, I experienced redness, itching, and my eyes looked inflamed. I also noticed that the product would roll off when touching my skin. I had seen these drawbacks mentioned in previous comments, but I didn't think it would affect me :( It's a real shame because other Lancôme products have always been successful for me.

Unfortunately, it didn't work for me, as it caused an allergic reaction. I initially bought the cream from this series, and in the morning, my skin was extremely dry. I decided to purchase this serum, but in the morning, my eyelids were swollen, and I experienced itching and redness.
I apply it carefully, but still, my eyes start tearing up.
I did not buy it here, but I will leave a review anyway. This product is great - it makes my skin smooth and glowing, and wrinkles are less noticeable. I will definitely buy it again.
I purchased the full-sized version after testing the mini.
Out of a wide range of eye care products (ranging from 300 to 3000 UAH), this product is the best! It reduces morning puffiness better than any patches, slightly illuminates the skin, has a pleasant texture, and the applicator for application deserves special applause - it is very convenient (I even liked it more in the full size than in the mini).
Girls, my main recommendation is to keep such products in the refrigerator! The combination of a gentle cool gel and cold medical steel is the best for the skin.
Regarding expression lines, I agree with the comment below, you shouldn't expect them to be completely eliminated or even noticeably reduced by any skincare products. It's either botulinum toxin or accepting and embracing your age ;)

This product is completely useless. It does not improve the appearance of wrinkles and the puffiness remains the same. It only provides minimal hydration, and even then, after an hour, the skin becomes dry again with some kind of film. The same goes for their facial serum. This brand is just well-marketed and overhyped. Lancôme should stick to making perfumes, as that is their niche. Their skincare products fail to fulfill their purpose. However, they excel at beautifully describing their products in the description. With this, I will probably end my experience with this brand.
This product is amazing! I was skeptical about the reviews and the claimed effects, but I was wrong! The results in just 5 days: no more under-eye puffiness, fine lines under the eyes are smoothed out, and crow's feet are reduced. Applying it with the applicator is convenient, although it takes some getting used to. The great thing is that the product doesn't come into contact with your hands, and the serum is only absorbed into the areas where it's applied, not into your fingers. I apply it as instructed with a gentle massage. I highly recommend it.

After using it, I noticed a significant improvement in the skin around my eyes. It moisturizes well and lasts a long time. Of course, it won't get rid of wrinkles, it would be silly to expect that from any product. However, thanks to its moisturizing properties and slight lifting effect, their appearance can be slightly reduced.
After using the miniature version, I decided to purchase the full-size product - everything is satisfying except for the size of the applicator. It was more convenient to apply the product with the mini version, but with this one, not so much. Also, it's not very convenient to perform the massage movements described on the box with such a large tool.

Beauty consultants also recommend using this miracle serum along the edge of the upper lip.
As for "crow's feet" - ladies...hello...only botox/dysport can get rid of them temporarily, whereas this product is for daily care and it won't hide your facial expressions. Overall, I give it a rating of 5+. It's my favorite.

I have been using it for 3 months now, and I am 24 years old. It is suitable for maintaining and respecting, but don't expect any wow effect. My mom, who is 45, wasn't impressed by it at all.
