Too soft...

I bought this product hoping for a comfortable experience, but it turned out to be excessively soft. The softness is so extreme that it lacks the necessary support for my body. I feel like I sink into the mattress, which causes discomfort and makes it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the softness makes it challenging to get out of bed in the morning, as I have to exert extra effort to lift myself up. Moreover, the lack of support has resulted in back pain and discomfort in my neck. It's disappointing to invest in a product that doesn't meet my expectations in terms of comfort and functionality.
