The whitening effect is there, but it's definitely not as snow-white as shown on the packaging... and I also ended up with burns in my oral cavity from the peroxide - even though I strictly followed the instructions in terms of time... I guess it's crucial to make precise caps - so that it's convenient to endure that time - but mine turned out to be unsuccessful, it was very uncomfortable, maybe that's why the gel was leaking...
