The perfect rejuvenating cream with retinol! My favorite! It quickly regenerates the skin, nourishes it, and smoothes out fine lines. To achieve maximum effect, you can apply it in the morning if you don't plan on going out because using retinol in the sun can cause pigmentation spots.
The product does not specify the amount of retinol it contains, which is a major drawback. I tried it as my first retinol product and experienced irritation on my neck and face (not pimples, but red patches). I applied it in "retinol steps," using a pea-sized amount at night to restore my skin barrier. However, it seems that the concentration of retinol in the product is high or the product itself is simply poor quality. My skin was oily in the morning.
I stopped using it and switched to RejudiCare, then Medik8, both of which have medium concentrations of retinol, and everything is fine. No more redness, and my skin is not oily in the morning.
I have been using this cream for the second year now and it has been a pleasant experience. It leaves my skin feeling well-nourished and taken care of.
