This toothbrush is excellent. It has a medium level of firmness and feels comfortable in the hand. It doesn't have any unnecessary features or elements.
I have purchased toothbrushes from this brand before. I really appreciate their eco-friendly approach and the reuse of recycled materials in both the packaging and the product itself. The brush has a minimalist design, a comfortable shape, and a pleasant matte color. Compared to other manufacturers, the bristles are somewhere between medium and hard in terms of stiffness. It may take some getting used to for the first 2-3 cleanings, and there may be some minor gum damage. But after that, it's perfect. I highly recommend it.
