I have read many reviews, both good and bad. I purchased it myself and am ready to draw my own conclusions. The brush performs its function even better than I expected! It lathers shampoo perfectly and massages the scalp. It is not harsh unless you have heightened sensitivity. Additionally, it distributes balms and masks evenly throughout the entire length of the hair.

Total satisfaction: it is firm enough to massage but does not irritate. It is suitable for both body massages and scalp massages before washing.

The toothbrush bristles are very soft.
