I didn't like it. Firstly, it is very difficult to pour out of the bottle, it is thick and sticky. In the end, I had to transfer it to another bottle for convenience. Adding water doesn't help, it seems like it doesn't mix at all. Secondly, it doesn't even wash out of the hair. You keep washing and washing, but the hair remains dirty and dirty - and mine is still short, I can't even imagine how it would be with long hair. The smell is nice, yes. But that's about it.

The balm is fine, and here's a tip for squeezing it out - dilute it with water (not too much). Pour it directly into the bottle and shake it well. That's the only way I managed to transfer it to another container.

I love this series of shampoos and conditioners (before this, I had the banana one). It works perfectly for the curly hair method, detangles, moisturizes, provides slip, and smells great. The only downside is that it is very inconvenient to squeeze out from the bottle, especially when it is almost finished.

This product effectively moisturizes and is easy to apply to the hair. However, it is quite difficult to squeeze the conditioner out of the jar, requiring a significant amount of effort. I use it together with the shampoo from the same range. The scent is pleasant.
