It's impossible to scratch oneself with them, and by adjusting the pressure, you can massage the skin more vigorously or gently, even to the point of noticeable redness and tingling. The bristles don't fall out, I don't consider a couple of them at the beginning a big issue. Now, onto the downside, or rather, the one downside - the attachment of the brush to the long handle is poorly made, flimsy, and not secure. As a result, the brush constantly slips off, crashing onto the bathroom tiles, startling and causing fear that it might shatter into pieces. So, the handle has been abandoned in a distant corner, and I might just throw it away. Overall, it's decent for the money, considering the brush itself is quite good!
