Mattifying Emulsion for Problem Skin - Avene Anti-Seborrheiques Cleanance Emulsion
I have many different products from Avene, and I absolutely love this brand. However, for some reason, right after applying this mattifying product, my face turned red((( But as I washed it off, my skin color went back to normal. Maybe it's just my individual reaction. By the way, I had the same reaction to another expensive face cream from Delarom.
The cream is great, giving my face 100% matte finish for a couple of hours! However, it doesn't quite handle acne inflammations very well...
The product is pleasant to use. It mattifies the skin well. I have combination skin that gets very oily on the forehead and nose. I used the cream during the summer, and the matte effect lasted for a couple of hours. There is no feeling of heaviness on the face; it becomes light as if transformed.
As for comedones, new ones do not appear, but the existing closed ones do not disappear either. However, this product is not supposed to solve this problem. Closed comedones are treated differently.
Makeup prices often fluctuate. A week ago, I ordered it for 309 UAH, two days ago the price was 275 UAH. And now they have raised it again. But still, I made a profitable purchase because it was the cheapest here.

My skin is combination. The cream itself mattifies the T-zone well, the skin is smooth, the scent is barely noticeable but pleasant, it doesn't cause any irritation, and I haven't had any comedones in a week of use. But I don't only use this cream, it's all in combination. I can recommend it.
I also ordered the cleansing gel and mattifying lotion from this line. They also had a good discount two days ago. I will test how this complex works on combination skin.

I have combination problematic skin, and after a few days of using this, it caused a huge amount of closed comedones on my forehead and temples. I believe it's because of excessive sebum production triggered by this cream.
Yes, it moisturizes well and has a pleasant texture, but after 2-3 hours, my forehead becomes shiny, and by evening, everything becomes really bad. This is my first and last purchase from this brand :(

But I will mention that I immediately bought the set - gel, lotion, and emulsion.

Useless. Despite my love for Avene, I didn't like this product. Upon application, it feels like a primer... the skin doesn't breathe, and it doesn't provide much mattifying effect. Money wasted for no reason.
I didn't like it at all. It didn't cause any harm to my skin, but it also didn't provide any noticeable effects. On certain days, it would roll off when applied, leaving my skin looking bumpy. In just 3 hours, a shiny, oily glow was clearly visible in my T-zone.
I have combination, problematic skin. This cream mattifies excellently, eliminates post-acne marks, moisturizes the skin, and makes it well-groomed (and all of this literally within a week of use). It lasts all day. I will definitely get two creams when there is a good discount!
This product works wonders by mattifying and cleansing the skin, which is exactly what it is designed for. I am satisfied with it.
I accidentally bought the emulsion for the first time (it had a good discount) and I really liked it. If you compare it with Vichy's Normaderm series, go for Avene - you will be satisfied. Thanks to the store for the fast delivery.
I use this emulsion as a daytime cream under my makeup. I am completely satisfied, even though it is extremely difficult to find a cream that suits my problematic skin. It absorbs quickly, doesn't clog pores, and provides enough moisture for me even in the winter.
The emulsion is truly very good. My skin is more oily than combination, so the emulsion suits me well with its mattifying properties! It even gave me a new sensation... the feeling of no greasy shine for a longer time compared to other products.
As for breakouts, I can't say for sure as I haven't been using it for a long enough time, but I can say one thing: on the second or third day, my breakouts turned into dry pimples and that's pleasing. Let's hope that the results will only be positive from now on! The store's service, as always, is top-notch!
The emulsion is good! It effectively reduces redness, but it doesn't really provide much mattifying effect.

I was pleased with this product during the first week of use: my breakouts became smaller and dried up, and I could see results by the second day. However, I was disappointed afterwards. It excessively dries out my skin, even in the T-zone. And the breakouts returned (in my opinion, even worse than before). The only positive aspect of this emulsion for me is that it mattifies the skin. After using it, my foundation does not spread.
I have mixed feelings about this emulsion... My skin is more of a combination type rather than oily, but my pores are very enlarged and clogged. So, I decided to clean and treat them. I started with the samples and really liked how it felt. I bought the full version of the emulsion and Cleanance K cream, using the emulsion in the morning and the cream at night after cleansing with Cleanance. My skin has definitely improved, but I've been experiencing constant breakouts that I didn't have before. It's as if the cream is extracting everything that has been stored beneath the skin for a long time... This is exactly what I dislike about this series. I hope someday this horror will stop. Overall, the emulsion does a good job at mattifying, and for me, 3 hours of mattification is good. The manufacturer recommends using it in the morning and/or evening, not just in the morning. In conclusion, I recommend the emulsion!
This is an excellent emulsion that applies smoothly, doesn't clog pores, treats breakouts, mattifies the skin, lasts a long time, and is perfect as a base for makeup for oily skin. The only downside is that it darkens the tone by one shade, but personally, it's not a critical issue for me. Overall, it's a fantastic product and worth the money.
It mattifies well without feeling tight. However, if you apply foundation on top, it tends to darken after some time (quite quickly). I've tried different foundations - the same issue occurs. Overall, it didn't work as a makeup base for me. But the emulsion itself is good.
This product provides a very strong mattifying effect. It completely eliminates any shine on the skin. However, the sensation on the skin is not entirely pleasant. In the evening, it is necessary to apply a moisturizing cream on top. The pores have become slightly smaller, although I believe this is only noticeable to me. It is perfect for very oily skin, but can occasionally feel uncomfortable for combination skin.
