I bought it at the pharmacy because it wasn't available here. This product is amazing. It effectively removes makeup without irritating the eyes. It has a consistency similar to hyaluronic gel or aloe gel. I definitely recommend it for people with allergies.
The eye makeup remover is very ineffective, leaving behind dark circles. I have to rub the skin under my eyes until I completely remove the mascara. I did not like this product at all; it is one of the worst I have ever used!

The makeup is difficult to remove, requiring two or three attempts. So, if you don't have very sensitive eyes, don't waste your money.

I really liked this product. I have been using it for a while now. I apply a small amount of lotion on my eyes using my fingers, gently massaging it to "blur" the makeup, and then I remove it with cotton pads and rinse it lightly with water, although rinsing is not necessary. The result is great, it removes makeup well and doesn't irritate my eyes. Another big plus is that it is very economical! I highly recommend it.
