I have been using this tonic for the second time now, and my skin feels moisturized and fresh to the touch.

The toner is not refreshing, but rather purifying. I really liked the toner. I have very dry and sensitive skin. Immediately after using the toner, I apply the cream from the same manufacturer. I really like the effect.
