Eye Cream - Medik8 Advanced Day Eye Protect
This is a daytime eye sun protection gel. Don't expect a "wow" or super effective result from it. Peptide cream is a different product altogether.
The consistency of the gel is not like a cream. It absorbs instantly, without a creamy finish. The lifting effect may be achieved with prolonged use. I did not like the dispenser because it takes a long time to dispense and one drop is not enough, but two drops are too much. Considering the large amount of peptides in the composition, we expect improvements in the condition of the skin, reduction of wrinkles, and increased elasticity.
The cream didn't work for me. It applies well, but after a while, my eyes start tearing up (even when I tried applying it in minimum amounts, my eyes still burn and tear up).
Oh my God, this is terrible, not an eye cream! It is too small for dry skin type, and on top of that, it rolls off. It doesn't want to cooperate with makeup at all, and the same story - it rolls off... The result is absolutely zero. Money wasted.
2 months of use: just an ordinary care cream, it didn't cause any WOW effect. It nourishes, doesn't leave a greasy film, isn't watery, makeup applies nicely on it and doesn't melt off during the day, it doesn't sink into or emphasize expression wrinkles, but it also doesn't smooth them out. And especially, it doesn't brighten dark circles. At 34, you already understand that no care cream is capable of that, no matter how fancy the brand or proven the formulas are. For the same price, Genosys works better on my skin, even with a WOW effect.
It provides decent moisturization but, of course, it doesn't eliminate under-eye bruises. However, no skincare cream can hide them; that's the job of concealer or foundation. Don't expect any wow effect from this regular cream.
Thick. In use for a couple of weeks, so far everything is pleasing.
The cream is thick and applies easily. Sun protection is very important to me because it prevents pigmentation. It moisturizes the skin and slightly reduces bruises. I am completely satisfied with it.
No cream can remove my huge bruises, but this one partially blends with the task (used for 1 month, bought not for makeup).
The cosmetics don't roll off, the skin is nourished.
