Nothing extraordinary. I still don't understand the point of this device after using it for 2 months. Just to clarify, I have normal skin that tends to be dry.

I use this device with gel 917981. Unfortunately, I bought the scrubber not here but in China and it was more expensive. It helps to remove dead skin cells. Deep pores need to be cleaned with a UNO spoon. After using the scrubber, the skin becomes as soft as a baby's. It is important to properly perform the procedure. First, steam the skin with gel under plastic wrap. Cleanse using the ION+ mode, spraying water (such as thermal water from a spray can). Treat both the face and the scrubber with antiseptic. Apply a pore-closing mask. I really like the one with salicylic acid - 503847. Then use a toner and you can apply a nourishing mask, serum, or cream in ION- mode. It's preferable to do it at night so that you don't have to go anywhere afterwards. That's it, you're beautiful!

I have been using it for 3 months now. My initial impressions were negative: it doesn't clean well (I was expecting something different), the thin plate can injure the skin if pressed too hard, and the ionization functions seemed ineffective to me. I lost interest in it for a while, but then started periodically cleaning my face only in ION+ mode once a week, and after a month, I saw results: my face became much cleaner. The essence of this device is in gentle exfoliation: it is especially suitable for those with oily skin, whose epithelium tends to become hardened. It does not involve deep mechanical cleaning! Thanks to regular exfoliation, the skin becomes cleaner, pores do not get clogged, and comedones decrease, but this does not replace the need for mechanical cleaning. The battery holds a good charge, I have already forgotten when I last charged it, and it lasts for a very long time.

In my opinion, it cleans at an average level, but I would prefer it to be more powerful.

Great. I clean manually, but it's very easy and painless. I constantly struggle with stubborn blackheads. I'm thrilled! And it's also great for creams. My face looks like it's been to a spa, but in the comfort of my own home :)

I have used it 5 times since I bought it. The good things about it are: 1. It is convenient and beautiful. 2. It works well for applying serums and lotions. 3. It improves blood circulation and reduces facial swelling. The bad things about it are: 1. It does not clean the pores in the T-zone. I still have to manually clean them. And I bought this scrubber to make the cleaning less traumatic... 2. The battery is very weak! I take it off the charger and immediately start cleaning with gel. But the charge only lasts for 3-4 minutes! During the process, I have to interrupt, cover my face again, put it on recharge, and then continue. This hassle gets annoying very quickly... This is my first scrubber like this, so I don't know if there is a similar problem with others.

The brand name Xiaomi is not present on the device, box, or instructions. This was a decisive factor for me when making the purchase, as among the alternatives, albeit more expensive, Xiaomi was the only familiar name, which determined my choice. However, upon receiving the order, I feel like I have been deceived.

Furthermore, there is not a single word in Russian or Ukrainian on the instructions, making it impossible to understand the purpose of each mode. There is also no information about the frequency of ultrasound.

Overall, there are no complaints about the usage results, but it is too early to say "wow" either. Clearly, it is necessary to use it for a month to assess the outcome.

In general, I am satisfied with the choice, and this little gadget is definitely useful for maintaining clean skin. However, deception is unacceptable! I did not expect this from a makeup product.
