Reviews about Gentle Pore Cleansing Soda Foam

My skin: combination, problematic. I use it together with the green hydrophilic oil from Manyo. The main downsides for me are: the expiration date after opening is 6 months, it has a very small consumption due to the fatty acids and good foaming, to use it by the end of the expiration date, you need to use it twice a day, but the foam is very aggressive and when used with the oil, it makes the skin burn, and forget about the effects of the active ingredients after using this combo. The pH of the foam is around 7, which is fair compared to the soap in the previous review. It tightens and dries the skin, the pH is simply deadly for problematic skin, you can't even apply a mild acid toner with a bunch of softeners. I switched from this foam to the acid-based one from Medik8 and I'm very satisfied. The Manyo foam is only suitable for constant use on very oily NON-problematic skin.

It incredibly dries out the skin, giving you the feeling of washing your face with dish soap. And it doesn't even make your pores cleaner.

The foam turned out to be quite gentle and delicate, while effectively cleansing! I really, really, really liked it!
