The product arrived to me from the EU in 12 days. I had been eagerly waiting for it. When it was shipped through the courier service, they labeled it as "Product for individual use," which was a discreet way of hiding the contents of the package for those who wanted to keep it a secret. However, this didn't matter to me because I inspected the item right at the post office.

Initially, it needs to be charged for 8 hours, which is the first charging cycle, and only then will it start functioning properly. You can also purchase additional attachments separately. Overall, I am satisfied for now. If there is a malfunction, I hope the warranty will cover it. I have kept all the receipts and boxes, just in case.

I treated myself to this little one and have no regrets. It performs its function perfectly.

The toy itself is magnificent! It has a matte texture and a convenient shape, and its performance (number of programs) is top-notch. The battery life is long-lasting. Initially, I wasn't sure how to switch between the modes (who reads instructions these days? Most people just try everything at once).

The delivery from the EU in 5 days was impressive, but I didn't like the fact that they labeled the box as a "vibrator for women," when firstly, it's not a vibrator. They could have mentioned its actual name, like "stimulator for women," or specified the name of the product inside the box, such as "Satisfyer Penguin," among many other possibilities for the "carriers." But Makeup doesn't seem interested in addressing this issue, considering the number of reviews on this topic, not only for this product but for the entire category of toys. So, think carefully before ordering, if the fact that they label the boxes as vibrators, lubricants, condoms, etc., bothers you.

And to top it off: I'm not sure if the courier read what was inside the box, but he did manage to offer inspecting the item and cutting a part of the box with a knife before I said no.

I bought it as a gift, but my friend couldn't figure out how to turn it on at first, and we thought it was defective. Feeling disappointed, I came here to write about it, but Makeup quickly contacted me before their phone call, and my friend confirmed that everything works fine.
