Facial Retinol Night Serum - Nacomi Next Level Retinol 0,5%
I have always wanted to try this product and now I finally have! I had some bumps on my skin, but they were already healing and just took a while to go away. I noticed that after using the product once, they disappeared. However, it really dries out the skin and I had flakes all over my face. Maybe it's just a normal part of the skin renewal process, like snakes shedding their skin? You just have to be careful with it, but other than that, it's all good!
Great. But it dried out the skin under and above my eyes. It's really great, before I had 0.25 - age 35+ (combination skin, more on the oily side), it was too weak for me, but 1% is overpowering.
This thing works, I didn't even expect it to. It's effective and quickly absorbed. It has a pleasant consistency of white gel. The pump bottle is convenient. The only downside is the scent, it smells like gouache or something similar, but it quickly disappears.
I agree with the previous reviews regarding the cautious use around the eye area. If you disregard the precautions, it is easy to get a burn. The formula is effective, the retinol works, especially when combined with niacinamide. I recommend it.
I didn't notice any effect. It simply moisturizes the skin like a cream. Nothing more.
I switched to this retinol after using an ordinary product. I didn't even expect such a noticeable difference! And I kept thinking that the ordinary one was helping me. Now, in contrast, I truly understand the difference! This retinol is absolutely amazing! My skin is now simply perfect!
Effective product. For the first time, I experienced a predicted reaction like dermatitis. It caused redness, small blisters, and swelling of the skin in the areas of application. Then there was significant peeling, similar to after a peel. I had to train my skin for a long time and waited for all the reactions to go away. Two weeks, then 10 days, and then once a week.
I have been using this product for over a month now. I started with a retinol ladder, and everything was going smoothly. On the fifth week, I began using it every evening, and within a few days, I experienced a retinol burn around my eyes. This probably happened because using it every day wasn't a good idea, although I didn't mind using the cream because I have pigmentation around my eyes. So, it is important not to underestimate a cream with such a high concentration. Now, I am taking a break from retinol for a week and starting again, but this time without going overboard.
In terms of consistency, it resembles more of a cream, and in this case, it is perfect. Retinol works even in such a low concentration.
