Reviews about L'Oreal Paris Preference Cool Blondes

To be honest, I expected much more from this hair dye. I waited for it for over a week from the EU. During the coloring process, my hair became significantly darker. I kept the dye on for about 25 minutes, as it was getting darker and darker. As a result, I got an extra ashy brown color. It had nothing to do with the neat blonde shown on the box. I was unpleasantly surprised. I got a medium brown color, not blonde at all. One small positive thing is that the color is indeed cool-toned. However, on a brown base, it looked more like dark gray.

As for Make-up, I have no complaints. It's my favorite online store in Ukraine.

But L'Oreal Preference was disappointing.

The color is very nice, I have been using the palette from 8.12 to 9. The quality and price are in line with each other.

The paint is terrible. I have been buying it constantly and everything was fine. The last time I ordered, the color turned out completely different and much darker, almost like a swamp color! Even though it was the same shade! I won't be ordering from you anymore, I am disappointed.

My favorite Alaska and Copenhagen.
I am waiting for a discount and will buy two at once. Currently, they are a bit expensive, and I don't want to waste time searching for cheaper options in stores. I am used to ordering on Makeup and other international online stores.

I purchased this paint in colors 7/11 and 8/11. I didn't opt for the gray shade at all, even though I only have around 15% of gray hair. Personally, I found that it matched well with my green undertones.
