Anti-Yellow Shampoo - La'Dor Anti Yellow Shampoo
I love La'dor, but this product is not suitable for light hair. I have tried minimal concentrations, but the shampoo is very aggressive in toning. It turned my beautiful light strands into dirty gray.
I have only one advice - wash it off immediately! It is really aggressively taking hold. It doesn't dry out the hair if you have good care.
This is the best toning product I have ever used, and I have tried many because I have had white hair for many years. I add this shampoo to my routine because I prefer it more. I highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you, makeup!
This product is amazing! I have never had such an effective color after washing my hair. It's simply fantastic. If you really want to achieve a strong and vibrant blonde, you will be amazed by this. However, be cautious if you weren't expecting an ash gray color because it really depends on the condition of your hair, the dye, the color, etc.
The shampoo is specific, so it takes some getting used to... But overall, it's not bad. It has pigmentation, so it's important to apply it evenly and rinse it off in time, otherwise an unattractive color (dirty ash/greenish) is guaranteed.
I didn't dilute it proportionally with other shampoos - it was a hassle (I tried following the recommendations below).
I squeezed a small amount onto my hand, rubbed it in well to create a uniform texture, and applied it to my hair. First, I focused on the roots, held it for a little while, and then moved towards the tips (due to the gradient effect of coloring). I didn't leave it on for long, maximum 3 minutes (+/- 1 minute at the roots, where the color was more yellow, then applied it lower towards the ends and held it for another 1.5-2 minutes, monitoring the toning visually). It turned out well.
Of course, it is very pigmented. But this is more of a plus, that's why I bought it. I tried diluting it for the first time with regular shampoo in a ratio of 1:3 (where one part of this shampoo is 1). It takes about 4 minutes to apply. Even though I tried to apply it evenly, it is practically impossible with shampoo. There are areas where the color did not become cooler. Next time, I will try diluting it with conditioner or a hair mask. Overall, it gives a noticeably ash blonde result, without any green tones (the presence of green also depends on your starting hair color). And also, to hell with this dispenser. While you're trying to close it, half a bottle of shampoo spills out. And I didn't want to leave it to dry. Next time, I will use it without the dispenser, just unscrew it. Overall, the impressions are good, you just need to consider the mistakes and use it correctly.
I am very satisfied with this shampoo! It effectively removes yellow tones, and I have tried numerous professional cosmetics before this. If you are concerned about getting a blue or purple tint, simply mix this shampoo with a regular one and do not leave it on for more than a minute. I am delighted with this discovery. It does slightly dry out the hair, but it successfully eliminates the unpleasant yellow tones.
Great shampoo. It might give off a bluish tint for those with harsh hair dyes, but I have a gentle dye in an ashy blonde shade, so there is no bluish tint and it effectively neutralizes any yellowish tones.
The shampoo turned out to be unexpectedly black.
Girls, in order to avoid the unwanted green/blue effect, do not leave the shampoo on your hair for too long. No more than 1 minute. I have been using it and I am satisfied. No issues at all.
